Suite 104, two doors from Royal Roastery
KŌVA is Suite 104 in the Spring Valley Business Center on S Sherman St. Look for Royal Roastery, we are two doors down from it. Park in the lot directly in front of Suite 104; it's free, and so is street parking on S Sherman St if the lot is busy before an evening class.
When you arrive, check in at the desk. If it's your first class, come ten minutes early so your coach can meet you before the warm-up; gloves and shin guards are provided for striking classes, and NoGi Jiu-Jitsu needs no uniform. Nobody spars in a first class.
